SSVP members and National Presidents from around the world gathered in Rome in early June to take part in the 2016 Annual International General assembly. Among other items of business, a new International President General was elected, with Dr Michael Thio of Singapore having served 6 years. Renato Lima de Oliveira from Brazil was duly elected.
