SSVP Scotland Privacy Notice – May 2018
In addition to specific Privacy Notices the following applies to all areas of personal data:
Individuals have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Individuals have the right to access their personal data so that they are aware of and can verify the lawfulness of the processing. Request should be sent to the national office and will be provided without delay and at the least within one month.
Individuals have a right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if they think there is a problem with the way we are handling their data.
SSVP Scotland Request for Assistance – Privacy Notice
To respond to your Request for Assistance, SSVP Scotland will ask you for, your personal contact details, what support you require, and any supporting information which you feel will allow us to respond to your request.
This information will be held securely and confidentially in electronic or paper format. On completion of your request the local Conference will retain your information only as part of an archive.
Your information will not be shared out-with the SSVP Scotland without your prior consent.
SSVP Scotland Application for Membership – Privacy Notice
Members of SSVP Scotland are asked to complete an application form. The information is collected to allow internal communication between SSVP Scotland members & to check PVG legal requirements.
Additionally, data is invited/collected regarding membership age range & gender, this is simply to allow us to assess the profile of the Society.
This information will be held securely and confidentially in electronic or paper format. Following the duration of your active membership the local Conference and National Office will retain your information only as part of an archive.
Your information will not be shared out-with the SSVP Scotland without your prior consent.
