Vacancy: Pastoral Care Coordinator at St Joseph’s Services
Are you a person who values pastoral care and fosters the well-being of others?
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who can build positive relationships, has good communication skills, and is committed to the Vincentian Values of St Joseph’s to lead the pastoral team. In this role you will coordinate and develop the pastoral team and its work. You will deliver direct pastoral care as a member of that team, regularly visiting the homes of the people we support across Midlothian. You will be required to promote and nurture our Vincentian values, promote a shared understanding and practice of pastoral care and organise events which foster the wellbeing of individuals and the community of St Josephs.
